The Office for Learning and Teaching has announced the successful grants in its final grants round. (See report in this issue of Teaching@Sydney about the closure of the Office). Eleven grants were successful nationally in a very competitive round.
We warmly congratulate Associate Professor Fran Waugh who leads the team which has been awarded $283,000 for their project The contribution of becoming reflective on the employability of teachers and social workers. The team includes Professor Robyn Ewing as well as members from other Australian and UK universities.
Warm congratulations to Dr Abelardo Pardo and his team for being awarded $348,000 for their project Scaling the provision of personalised learning support actions for large student cohorts. The team includes Dr Kathryn Bartimote-Aufflick and members from a number of other Australian Universities.
And congratulations too to Pearl Rozenberg, a partner in the University of South Australia’s project on Contract cheating and Assessment Design: exploring the connection.
Although there will be no new rounds of grants, resources from previous and current grants are appearing and will continue to do so for some time. Recent publications include:
