Tianya Chen

I am a Learning Designer with expertise in collaborating with academics to co-design online and blended learning programs, as well as selecting, evaluating, and implementing educational technologies that enhance learner engagement and analytics. I am passionate about improving learning experiences through innovative, inclusive approaches and am committed to strengthening student engagement through assessment redesign and dynamic learning activities, guided by Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles. Currently I'm working on the MBA TDS program in the Learning Innovation Office of the Business School.
