Laura Crocco

My PhD and Masters research looked at how learning sciences may improve teacher education and professional development for higher education teachers, particularly teacher use of instruction, demonstration, and feedback for supporting learning and autonomy. While my research started by applying learning sciences to teaching in higher music education, I’ve had the recent privilege of applying the same knowledge to teaching and curriculum developments in the Faculty of Medicine and Health, and now the broader university community.
