Paul Finn

Paul Finn

Dr Paul Finn is a Lecturer with the Discipline of Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Sydney. In his current role, Paul is co-developing the first cross-faculty Innovation and Entrepreneurship major which will span five other faculties in the university. In addition, Paul is coordinating Strategic Management and Strategy, Innovation and Management units at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Paul is also an experienced lecturer in Change Management and Entrepreneurship studies. Paul gained his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the disciplines of Organisation Studies and Entrepreneurship from the University of Melbourne. His research interests include organisational creativity, entrepreneurship, power, and advanced qualitative research methods.
