Elif Sahin

I’m an Educational Designer at the National Centre for Cultural Competence, University of Sydney. With a background in teaching and learning design, I focus on developing equity-focused curricula and resources that embed cultural competence across higher education. My work bridges research and practice to create inclusive, adaptable learning experiences for diverse learners and institutions. My doctoral research explores how language ideologies shape university curricula, policy, and classroom practices, with the aim of advancing culturally responsive pedagogy. My current interest is in how AI and emerging technologies can be harnessed to foster inclusive, future-focused educational design.
