Our University is big, complex, complicated, and difficult to navigate. Classroom teachers have an opportunity and privilege to bring humanity and kindness into the machine so that we and our students stay in touch and get in touch with our experience as purposeful learners, thereby having the comfort that despite everything we are doing our best, as best we can, to try and create ‘leadership for good’.
