Join us on Tuesday 16 July 2024 for the annual Sydney Teaching Symposium. This popular event highlights approaches to teaching and assessment developed by colleagues across the University which are practical, transferable, and student-centred.

This year, the symposium’s theme is ‘Imagining higher education for all and we encourage expressions of interest from colleagues to share their practices especially as it relates to this.

Our keynote speaker is Professor Sarah O’Shea from Charles Sturt University who is known across Australia for her work in supporting students as they move through university. She will help us unpack the student journey to highlight its complex and manifold nature.

We would love to hear about your work and innovation so please submit an expression of interest for a 12-minute presentation during the symposium. We are looking for practices that are shareable, practical, sustainable, and meet the University 2032 Strategy and 2023-2025 Learning and Teaching Strategy.

Submit an expression of interest to present

Expressions of interest are due by end of day, Friday 31 May 2024.
