SRES for Early Feedback Tasks (Support for Students Policy)

If you’re coordinating a 1000 or 2000-level unit in 2025, come along to this session to learn how to personalise and send communications using the Student Relationship Engagement System (SRES) in line with the University’s Student Support Policy (2023).

This session has been designed as an abridged introduction to SRES for coordinators of 1000 and 2000-level units and will focus on the steps for personalising and sending communications required under the new policy.

Who is this session designed for?

  • - 1000 and 2000-level coordinators (no prior SRES experience assumed)

Learning outcomes

By the end of this session participants will be able to:

  • - Access your unit’s SRES list and sync student information from Canvas
  • - Locate, edit and send an existing SRES email
