We have moved the &#8216;Online Tools&#8217; information, originally housed in the <a href=\"https:\/\/canvas.sydney.edu.au\/courses\/1316\">Teaching Resources Hub<\/a>, to <a href=\"https:\/\/sydneyuni.service-now.com\/sm?id=kb_search&amp;kb_knowledge_base=cc7fa0eddb7abbc8c8a5773c3496192c\">a dedicated Educational Innovation knowledge base<\/a> within the University&#8217;s Services Portal, powered by ServiceNow.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Why the move?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The key motivations for this move are: (i) the availability of a functional search tool which can be accessed even via the Intranet, and (ii) your ability to give us immediate feedback about each article. The search bar in the Knowledge Base will help you find articles based on a keyword search, helping you find what you are after that much faster. Once you click into a particular article, you can rate the article, as well as give us comments, which we will use to continue to improve the articles.<\/span><\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/sydneyuni.service-now.com\/sm?id=kb_search&amp;kb_knowledge_base=cc7fa0eddb7abbc8c8a5773c3496192c\" class=\"sc-button bg-red color-white\" target=\"_self\">\r\n\t\t\t   \t\t<span>Access the Educational Innovation knowledge base<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t    <\/a>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>What exactly are \u2018knowledge bases\u2019 and ServiceNow?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ServiceNow is the University\u2019s home for the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201ctools and answers you may need to succeed\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. section in the <a href=\"https:\/\/sydneyuni.service-now.com\/sm?id=kb_search&amp;kb_knowledge_base=cc7fa0eddb7abbc8c8a5773c3496192c\">Teaching Resources Hub<\/a> will still be maintained so that you can continue browsing there for help and advice on general learning and teaching matters such as designing assessment, educational integrity, student engagement, giving feedback, teaching inclusively, and more.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Soon, a new &#8216;First Year Coordinators&#8217;
