These two critical issues will shape policy and practices at our institutions for many years to come.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The roundtable will be primarily participant-driven and focus on active collaboration and sharing. Participants can expect to gain practical strategies and approaches to take back to their institutions.
